EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We will refund products from the current season's range which have not been used or damaged. This will apply until the last day of sales.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FREE OF CHARGE:
Please bring the products back to a Mondial Relay pickup location or to a Tape à l'œil store in their original packaging with a duly completed returns form.
AT A MONDIAL RELAY PICKUP LOCATION
We ask you to come to a Mondial Relay pickup location with a returns label (required for a free return).
Refunds will take approximately 72 hours to complete after we receive your package.
Mondial Relay returns can take three to four weeks.
IN A TAPE A L'OEIL STORE
We refund directly to your card within three days following the return based on the price paid minus shipping costs (ten working days during sales and Original Days sales periods).
Products only available online cannot be exchanged or refunded in store, but only at a Relay pickup location (for deliveries to RELAY PICKUP LOCATIONS) or only via post (for deliveries made by the French national postal service).
RETURN BY POST
Send products back in their original packaging with a duly completed returns form to the following address:

Shipping costs are your own responsibility.
From the moment we receive your package, we will refund your bank account with the original amount paid for the products.
