EXCHANGE AND REFUND
We will refund products from the current season's range which have not been used or damaged. This will apply until the last day of sale.
Via Relay point :
Go to your relay point with your product "labelled", in its original packaging (or, as a minimum, securely boxed or in a bubble-wrap envelope) and accompanied by the fully completed return slip (required for a free return).
/!\ You must include your original order number with your returned item. Keep your return number (issued at the relay point) as we may ask you for it.
You will be refunded a few days after we receive your package at our warehouse (maximum two weeks).
Return by post :
Shipping costs are your own responsibility.
Send products back in their original packaging with a duly completed returns form to the following address:

From the moment we receive your package, we will refund your bank account with the original amount paid for the products.
