This pretty, short, sleeveless dress with a round neck meets all the criteria for an exceptional garment. It has a satin-finish top, frills, and the straps have golden piping. There is a tulle petticoat with multiple layers of sequinned flakes of pleated tulle on top. The belt is made from matt sequins arranged in a geometric design. The back is slightly plunging and has a pretty bow. It fastens with a zip at the side.
